Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 3 working days from the date of receiving your parcel. You can either call our Customer Support No. 8800 8800 66 between 10am and 9pm, On all 7 DAYS or write to us firstname.lastname@example.org. After validating your return request over phone we will send you an email authorizing a return. The mail will have a link that gives you access to the return shipping address label. You may simply print, fill with accurate information, paste the shipping address label on the package and courier it back to us. Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email. Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receiving of the return package from you. Please Note: Steviocal will make refund cheques only in the registered name of the customer.(In case of COD or Bank Deposit)

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.

For goods bought through special offers, the refund will be cheque or credit, and subject to terms and conditions of the prevailing offer.
For goods bought without special offers, we will refund the money the way the payment was made.
If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.
You can cancel your order by writing to us at email@example.com. The cancellation will be effective within 72 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order . We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. Steviocal.com. will not be liable for any damages in transit when its sent by the customer.
